Hip-Hop Booties
A snowy “Hello” from your pal Mo! We’ve been gettin’ lots of snow. I love to run around and explore all the new smells when it snows. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a happy dog wearing my sweaters, so going out in the cold is fuuunnnn!! Well, until my paws start getting cold. Susan has tried putting booties on my feet, but they feel so weird and I do a slow-Mo hip-hop walk. Apparently it’s kinda funny because Susan gets the giggles.
Here’s a picture of me with my booties on. Have you ever had booties on? Maybe you like ‘em. I’m anti-boot. Here’s a link to check out some dog boots. There are lots of different kinds out there from what Susan tells me. Is she trying to tell me something? You can tell in my pic I am seriously devising ways to get them off ASAP!
Susan luckily stopped laughing and just took them off for me. Yay! I much prefer to run around bare-pawed and find sticks to pull, chomp and play with. Susan loves daffodils, but she gets kinda grumpy when I run over them. Also, I have a different idea for yellow and snow!
Hey, I’ve also had something new in my food bowl. It tastes yummy and it’s good for me. . . fish oil for us canines! PetMD website says it’ll help with:
~ Better brain function. . . he he, that would be great!!
~ Also helps with inflammation if I ever get any.
~ Mostly it’ll help keep my skin healthy and less itchy.
TIP: But you gotta be careful not to eat too much of it because it can cause an upset tummy. Susan learned that 1/4 tsp is good for me once a day. Otherwise things get messy, if you know what I mean.
Susan had such a good time dog sledding she painted a couple of portraits from the dog team. Two very Happy Huskies!
That’s all for this news-bark.
Keep your tail a waggin’!
Bark for now. Your pal, Mo
